We run a community Yin Yoga and Meditation class every Sunday afternoon. It’s the perfect way to wind down after a big week and it’s open to all levels.

      We also offer a community Yoga Flow class every Saturday at 9:30am.

Our 5 Class Passes are excellent value for infrequent visitors and they do not expire.

Our 10 Class Passes are excellent value for infrequent visitors and they do not expire.

This membership is designed to help you maintain a regular yoga practice. If you plan on attending more than two classes a week, this is the best value pass.

Membership activates on date of purchase and you can freeze your pass for a maximum of 5 days.

This is the best value pass for dedicated practitioners of the Miami Yoga Room community.

Membership activates on date of purchase and you can freeze for a maximum of 15 days, or upon request to studio managers.
