Yoga for one and all.
As students and teachers we come together to learn from one another and to rediscover ourselves. Through movement and stillness, focused intention, breath and body connection, we become one.

A bit about me
For almost a decade I have been practising and teaching yoga, and it has brought me immense joy. From my first tentative steps on the mat, I have come to learn that yoga is much more than a physical practice. Drawn to the spiritual teachings and ancient wisdom, I went on to complete my Advanced 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Creature Yoga, and facilitate multiple yoga workshops and retreats.
From a background in science and communication, through years of travelling and learning languages, to raising three young boys, yoga has been a constant in my life and has had a profound effect.
In terms of teaching styles, I’m mostly drawn to Vinyasa, which I find challenging and at the same time extremely liberating. The dance of breath and movement, creative self-expression and witnessing the journey of mind and body towards stillness, is an experience like no other.
I cater classes to all levels with a strong focus on alignment, but not without moments of laughter and joy. For me the greatest reward has been sharing the gift of yoga with the community and deepening my awareness of self.
