Pregnancy and the beginning of a new life is a beautiful and transformational chapter in a woman’s journey. It’s also a time when the practice and philosophy of yoga can have a profound and positive influence.
For all of our pregnant mothers, we are hosting an afternoon of yoga, breathing, meditation, conversation, tea and treats.
We’d love you to leave feeling empowered to practise yoga safely throughout pregnancy and tune in to your intuitive self to experience the joys of becoming a mother. Facilitated by Jess who is a mother to three boys and experienced and passionate about all things related to pregnancy and birth.
This event will be held in the studio on Saturday, September 5, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM.
This will be a free community event, so please reserve your spot as places are limited.
